Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

During collection launches, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, and the holiday period, dispatch may take longer due to order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking is sent by email. We ship to the regions made available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.

All sales are final.

If something arrives incorrect or there is an issue with your order, contact heaven@heavensawait.com with your order number and a clear description before sending anything back.

Exchanges are limited and handled only when the requested item is available in stock.

Items must be unworn and returned in original condition.
